Ms. G began her theatre career in junior high acting as Jacqueline Hyde in the comedy Frankenstein Slept Here. She continued her love of theatre in high school performing as Anne Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank and as a dancer/ensemble member in Damn Yankees.

After high school she furthered her education at Cypress College honing her technical theatre skills back stage and performing in such community theatre productions as Annie Get your Gun, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Applause.

While attending Cal State Fullerton, Ms. G worked at Knott's Berry Farm eventually landing a position in the Entertainment Department playing various characters (and supervising monsters on the streets of Camp Spooky). Live, interactive street shows in Ghost Town and splashing in the Wild West Stunt show were her favorites.

In 1984 she graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Theatre Education and ready to take on the world. Ms. G loves to learn and in 2015 she began a new endeavor... getting her Master's Degree. In 2018 she received her Master's Degree in Theatre Studies from Southern Oregon University.

She has directed over 30 productions at Pacifica High School from Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream to Steven Shwartz' Pippin!

Her most favorite production to date is a "works in progress" - being mother of two beautiful and talented college going daughters.

Her love of theatre continues as she shares her talents with her students!

Ms. G resides in Garden Grove with one of her two daughters and three cats.
